Service Description
(If you are not an existing client, please contact me directly before scheduling.) Liza will lead you through the Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises along with the RELEASING process. We'll have time at the end of the session to talk through your experience.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance. Unless there are extreme unforeseen circumstances, payment will be required for missed appointments. Thank you!
