Weekly group teachings, tools and support.

We'll meet on Zoom each week to dig deeper into the root causes of symptoms you are struggling to shake, along with practical ways to heal at the deepest levels within your brain and nervous system.

Build your personal Nervous System Care Plan.

The "story" recorded in your brain and nervous system is different than anyone else. So throughout the weeks, you'll develop a plan you can use long term to support your healing.

Heal emotionally at a deeper level.

Move beyond "thought life work" and learn more about how you are designed to protect yourself AND heal using the Internal Family Systems model. We'll use guided reflection times to release the protective barriers we all put up in response to difficulties and trauma.
